I have worked a lot at the intersection of government/policymaking and tech research, particularly around digital platforms (social media, search engines, chatbots). It's sometimes hard to clearly summarise what this means, so below are concrete examples of published outputs I have worked on.
I have done additional work which has not been published, in particular during my time at 10 Downing Street / Cabinet Office (2017-2019) helping set up the Rapid Response Unit for counter-disinformation and as the Government Accelerate Digital Skills Course.
I also have a series of skills that are harder to demonstrate via PDFs. I am good at interpersonal relations and communicating between different audiences and work cultures. I can convert complex situations into "what are we actually trying to do here" questions. I'm an engaging in-personspeaker and have helped coach others in public speaking. If you've worked with me and have other endorsements you're happy for me to put here, let me know.
